TL;DR

  • AI fear is spreading faster than clear guidance in many organizations

  • Uncertainty often leads to misinformation or silent, ungoverned use

  • This webinar covers the foundations of human-first AI adoption

  • The focus is clarity, confidence, and safe first steps

  • The primary outcome is readiness, not implementation

Quick List

Webinar Announcement

Hey {{first_name}} ,

Reduce fear and misinformation.

That is where most organizations actually need to start with AI.

Employees are forming opinions about AI long before they receive shared language, clear expectations, or basic guidance. When uncertainty goes unaddressed, it often turns into misinformation, quiet resistance, or unapproved experimentation.

We are hosting this webinar because HR Managers and HR Business Partners are often the ones navigating these early conversations. You are asked to support people, answer questions, and guide discussion even when your organization is still in the early stages of AI adoption.

Reframing AI: Turn Uncertainty into Team Capacity is designed as a foundational session. It focuses on the basics, first steps, and core concepts of AI adoption for your business. The goal is to help teams move from fear toward understanding, and from uncertainty toward responsible enablement.

The event is scheduled on February 25, 2026, from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. PST.

AI Use Case:

Think about asking for help planning a Valentine’s Day celebration for your partner.

If you ask a vague question, you get a generic answer.

If you share context, preferences, boundaries, and intent, the result becomes far more thoughtful and useful.

For example, you might include:

  • What your partner enjoys and dislikes

  • Time and budget constraints

  • The type of experience you want to create

  • What matters most to them

AI does not replace decision-making.

It supports thinking, preparation, and exploration.

The Prompt

DIRECT Prompt Template

D – Doing: Help me think through a thoughtful plan for [WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO PLAN].

I – Information: Here is the information you should consider:

  • Who this is for: [PERSON / AUDIENCE]

  • Preferences or priorities: [LIKES, DISLIKES, VALUES]

  • Constraints to respect: [TIME, BUDGET, RULES]

  • What matters most to me: [TOP 1–2 CONSIDERATIONS]

R – Role/Persona: Act as a helpful assistant who supports my thinking, not someone who makes decisions for me.

E – End Goal/Result: Provide a few clear options or ideas that I can review and decide between.

C – Context: Assume I am responsible for the final outcome and need suggestions that are appropriate, realistic, and considerate.

T – Tone/Style/Format:
Use clear language. Organize the response in short sections or bullets so it is easy to review.

This framework reinforces one of the core messages of the webinar. AI works best when humans stay accountable.

Action Steps (This Week)

Before introducing tools or policies, focus on helping your people feel grounded.

This week, you can:

  • Acknowledge that AI uncertainty is normal and valid

  • Reassure employees that AI exploration is intentional and thoughtful

  • Reinforce that humans remain accountable for decisions and outcomes

  • Create space for questions rather than rushing adoption

If your team is asking where to start, shared understanding is the safest next step.

AI in the News (Fast Takeaway)

On February 13, 2026, OpenAI will retire GPT-4o, GPT-4.1, GPT-4.1 mini, and o4-mini from ChatGPT.

If a GPT you own is using GPT-4o, it will continue operating until April 3, 2026. After that date, it will automatically move to the latest default model.

OpenAI recommends reviewing and updating GPT configurations to ensure behavior, tone, and performance remain aligned when transitioning to GPT-5.2.

This serves as a reminder that AI tools will continue to evolve. Stable adoption depends on strong foundations, not on mastering individual models.
